Smuckler v. City of South Pasadena

Two 16-year-old girls attempting to cross Fair Oaks Boulevard were struck by a motorist a due to the failure to properly maintain the crosswalk. One of the girls suffered irreversible brain damage while the other suffered numerous orthopedic injuries.
