Jennifer Rivera

Jennifer Rivera is a California-licensed plaintiff’s attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation, wage and hour class actions, and PAGA representative actions. She is passionate about advocating for employees who have been treated unfairly in the workplace and is committed to helping them understand their rights and pursue meaningful remedies.

Before joining Bradly Grombacher in 2026, Ms. Rivera spent more than two years at a mid-sized plaintiff’s law firm, where she focused on class and PAGA representative actions. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2023, following her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Northridge, in 2018. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in November 2023. During law school, Ms. Rivera worked as a law clerk at an employment law firm, gaining valuable experience and developing a strong foundation in representing employees in a variety of workplace disputes and employment-related matters.

Ms. Rivera is bilingual in English and Spanish and provides consultations in both languages.
