Bradley/Grombacher LLP Co-Founding Partner Kiley Grombacher focuses on complex litigation, including consumer and employment class actions, product liability, personal injury matters and pharmaceutical mass torts. She has obtained seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of her clients, especially women and children. Kiley is passionate about advocating for justice for vulnerable people wronged by corporate misdeeds through unequal pay, manufacturing and marketing defective products, privacy breaches, false advertising and neglect, abuse and harassment in the workplace.

Kiley’s litigation experience includes:

  • Being appointed lead counsel to the In re Johnson & Johnson Aerosol Sunscreen Marketing Sales Practices & Products Liability Litigation class action lawsuit over sunscreen products that contained benzene, a known carcinogen. The multidistrict litigation lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida resulted in a $1.75 million settlement.
  •  A federal class action lawsuit on behalf of iPhone users who claim Meta, the parent company to Facebook and Instagram, tracks their devices’ activity even when they have opted out of tracking. Larch- Miller v. Meta Platforms, Inc., filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleges Meta violated laws against invasion of privacy and wiretapping.
  • A federal class action lawsuit on behalf of workers who were allegedly exposed to cancer- causing substances while working at a federal facility in Missouri that was known to be contaminated. Matthew Medder et al. v. The United States of America, filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, alleges thousands or workers were exposed to hazardous substances for prolonged periods of time.
  • A federal class action lawsuit against Amazon alleging it failed to accommodate female employees the proper and reasonable time and space to pump breastmilk. Filed in the U.S.
  • District Court for the Central District of California, Fernanda Torres et al. v. Amazon.com Services, LLC claims Amazon blatantly ignored federal and state laws. Kiley’s personal background and experiences impacts her approach to litigation and client service in several ways. As a mother, Kiley sees how women and children are disproportionately impacted by corporate wrongdoing, so she focuses on empowering them to share their stories, expose the truth and win the justice they deserve. In addition, a childhood spent touring with a musician parent added to Kiley’s perspective that the U.S. is filled with good, hardworking people who deserve stellar representation when they are treated unfairly.

Licensed to practice in California and Tennessee, Kiley accepts cases from all around the U.S. appearing pro hac vice. She earned her law degree from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Kiley is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
