Suzette Boucher

Paralegal

Suzette recently joined our team in January 2020. She assists the attorneys with filings, document management, calendaring, and client care. She has more than 15 years of civil litigation experience and received her Paralegal certificate from the University of Santa Barbara in 2004. Prior to that, she earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of San Francisco.

Prior to joining Bradley/Grombacher, she was the right-hand to the lead attorney in the Class Actions department at a California law firm specializing in multi-million-dollar RICO cases involving financial crimes. In addition to handling all calendaring, document preparation and legal filings in state and federal courts, Suzette handled the lead attorney’s speaking engagements and media relations. She was also the point-of-contact person for client concerns, many of whom had lost their homes or life savings due to Ponzi schemes. No matter how busy she was, Suzette would always find the time to lend a sympathetic ear when a client was scared or worried and assured them that they were in good hands.

In fact, Suzette feels client care is one of the most favorite aspects of her work. She has a natural ability to deal with various personalities from all walks of life and generations. She is patient, observant, and respectful, as well as a dedicated team-player willing to tackle any challenge head-on and adapts quickly to fast-moving developments.

In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, biking and spending time with her Italian Greyhound. In addition, Suzette is an accomplished pianist and enjoys playing jazz, blues and classical music.
