Gutierrez v. Dole

Three female farm workers were injured when the vehicle in which they were passengers rolled over after the driver lost control after sliding on mud left on the roadway by a truck hauling produce from fields in Oxnard. The women suffered numerous fractures with one of the women suffering a permanent brain injury.
