Marcus J. Bradley
Marcus J. Bradley is the founder and senior partner of Bradley/Grombacher, LLP, in Westlake Village, California. An accomplished trial attorney with more than 22 years of litigation experience, Mark represents clients in matters including complex consumer litigation, class actions, mass torts, product liability, personal injury and more.
A graduate of the University of California, Davis, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English, Mark obtained his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. district courts for the northern, central, southern and eastern districts of California as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Active in professional organizations, Mark is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and The State Bar of California, among other groups. He also participates in numerous charitable and community organizations.
Mark’s writings on legal topics have been widely published and he is frequently called upon to speak at conferences and seminars for professional organizations.
Kiley Grombacher is a founder and managing partner of Bradley/Grombacher, LLP. Ms. Grombacher, specializes her practice in complex litigation including consumer and employment class actions, product liability, and pharmaceutical mass torts. Throughout her career, with her respective firms, Ms. Grombacher she has been instrumental in recovering more than $500 million dollars as well as significant injunctive relief for her injured clients. She has been selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star” in the field of complex litigation since 2015 and has published articles on the field of class action litigation.
Ms. Grombacher received her undergraduate degrees in psychology and political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her law degree from Chapman University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in California and Tennessee and is admitted in all California federal and state courts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Third Circuits.
Ms. Grombacher resides in Ventura, California, with her family. She is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and American Association for Justice.
Ms. Grombacher will be speaking at the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Class Actions and Complex Case Management Conference on October 26, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. The seminar will discuss the process of Complex Case Management and how attorneys can utilize it to gain control over how a case proceeds, and maximize efficiency without drawing the ire of the court.
