Robert Fisher is an attorney at Bradley/Grombacher, LLP, based in New York. His practice is primarily focused on complex litigation including consumer and employment class actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fisher was an associate at one of the nation’s largest workers’ rights firms where he represented employees in class action cases throughout the United States. Mr. Fisher was part of a team that filed dozens of actions to curtail digital platforms’ practice of allowing discriminatory targeting of housing, employment, and credit advertisements. He also contributed to litigation that successfully preserved employees’ rights to priority for their wage payments in bankruptcy proceedings in an appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Fisher received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Brandeis University, a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, and his law degree from NYU School of Law. Mr. Fisher is admitted to practice law in California, Florida, and New York, most of the federal courts within those states, and the Third and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
